Hey 3DMJ'ers! Welcome to my 2024 vlog cataloguing my first offseason as a pro, where I document how I try to do the unlikely...become a top WNBF pro bodybuilder.
I’m back in part 2 of two videos cataloguing my 2.5 weeks in Europe, which also acted as a deload.
In this video I catalogue my arrival in Italy, specifically Milan, my experience judging the WNBF Italy Natural Ambassador, followed by a live translated seminar hosted by https://www.naturalpeakingstore.it/shop-online/ the good folks who not only support WNBF Italy but also are the Italian translators for my Muscle and Strength Pyramid books. Finally, I went back to Southampton to stay again with my good friend and fellow sports scientist @Dr__Pak who was so kind to host me yet again between weekends, before the final part of our trip, where we both spoke at the British Powerlifting Coaches Conference in London.
