Hey 3DMJ'ers! Welcome to my 2024 vlog cataloguing my first offseason as a pro, where I document how I try to do the unlikely...become a top WNBF pro bodybuilder.
This third video is me going over the program that Brian created for me in our consultation call from last episode. As you watch me train I discuss the rationale for the variations, set structures, RPEs, total volume, body part specific volume, alterations to range of motion, adjustments to what we initially planned, practical gym setup elements for the various exercises, and cues. Additionally I discuss how contest prep recovery is going, some good news regarding a change in the WNBF rules which might alter my timeline, and other aspects of my nutrition and lifestyle supporting my goals.
BTW the tracking app I use which shows these session summaries is Boostcamp which you can find for both iPhone and Android, it’s not only a great tracker but you can get programs (free and paid) on it, and you can run them in-app (including the muscle and strength pyramid programs - for free).
