I will show you how to do a blower wheel replacement on this video. Replacing a blower wheel has several steps that must be followed in order to do it correctly. A blower wheel replacement on a gas furnace usually isn't necessary but this time the blower stopped producing air and it was making a really loud noise! The reason for this blower wheel replacement is because the spine of the wheel is separated from the fins that actually throw the air into the ducts. Follow along as I show you what happened.
