A cover of Blood and Thunder by Mastodon, from their album 'Leviathan'.
A song that should need no introduction, as arguably one of Mastodon's most famous songs!
Both me and Noble are huge fans of Mastodon so of course we want to show this off, and expect more Mastodon covers in the future from time to time!
This is also personally one of my favourite songs from this album, the riffs are just too good and the lead section in the middle alternating between 5/8 and 6/8 is really fun. It's also a relatively easy song to play which makes it a lot easier to get into the music and I got to spend more time focusing on the mix for this one.
