The picture on my Blade FPV Nano QX was slightly blurry out of the box, and can be adjusted just by turning the lens to wind in and out, a quick video showing this, and how I adjusted mine.
The picture is still not 100% clear/sharp but its definitely better than it came out of the box, so hope this is useful.
