The Black Fencer Sharp Sword Simulators have been the very first sword I got for my club the Schildwache Potsdam, more than 5 years ago - but how good are they?

The key points:
- Black Fencer is a great company for synthetic swords.
- I like their sharp simulators overall.
- They do well in medium to high speed, where they almost feel like a sharp steel sword.
- They are not so great inn low speeds: too sticky and less safe than blunts.
- I'd probably get blunts for a course and a pair of sharp sims now.
