What’s better than trainspotting? Trainspotting and birding at the same time 😍 A Double-crested Cormorant is seen resting on a boulder in the Delaware River as an Amtrak train crosses overhead on the Morrisville-Trenton Railroad Bridge. One of my favorite ways to kill time between trains is to look out for birds, insects, plants and any other beautiful forms of life that surround us. If you haven’t already, I recommend checking out iNaturalist and eBird to help track your sightings! Would you like to see more nature + train combinations?
