I turned on the porch light so I could see to wash horses and heard squawking and tweeting like someone's house was on fire. Turns out it was. The lightbulb was the centerpiece of this bird family's home; so I turned off the light and washed horses by flashlights and lanterns.
Once the babies are big enough to take flight, we'll put a screen on the fixture to prevent future invasions!
