Elvis was a lanky old dork when we found him on a Facebook kill pen page. It was his final day before shipping to a Mexican slaughgerhouse. Shortly after I rescued him, I founded Swingin' D Horse Rescue so I could save more horses. Since then, we've saved 26 horses and mules.

We're a 501c3 nonprofit corporation in Coweta, OK. We survive on volunteers, donations and adoption fees.

A year after saving Elvis, he's healthy, happy and very loved. Most importantly, he's alive. Please enjoy Elvis' journey.
