Kicking things off with a spirit-forward stir down, the Five Boroughs. With the number of cocktails named after New York boroughs and neighbourhoods I was surprised that the name wasn’t taken!

FIVE BOROUGHS
- 2 oz (60 ml) rye whiskey
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) sweet vermouth
- 0.33 oz (10 ml) nocino @marionetteliqueur
- 1 tsp maraschino liqueur @whitepossum
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters, Steve the Bartender’s
