Bukidnon is a province in the Philippines that is known as the “Food Basket of Mindanao” because of its rich landscapes. Aside from its bountiful agricultural sector, it is also where one can climb the towering peaks of Mt. Kitanglad and is also home to indigenous communities.
Erwan Heussaff is wandering the hills of Bukidnon and meeting with local experts to talk about the food culture in the province and to learn more about its rich history. We are also visiting a nearby coffee farm to get a taste of authentic Filipino coffee straight from the source.
