If you were wondering which antenna combination works best for the RapidFIRE module, at least in a demanding bando/freestyle FPV scenario, LOOK NO FURTHER ;)
In the previous video (youtu.be/kvezEKqFbOE) we already confirmed that the RapidFIRE batches and antenna sets used perform the same. Now it is time to see which antenna setup enables the RapidFIRE to give the cleanest video feed: a conventional 1x Omni + 1x Crosshair, 2x Omnis or 2x Crosshairs.
The test quad was using a TBS Unify Pro 5G8 V3 VTx at 200mW on F4 5800MHz with an AXII antenna and a Runcam Swift 2 camera, through a Revolt OSD F/C. The flights were in front of the antennas and, more specifically, never behind the patches (crosshairs).
