If there was a brand new drug that preserved collagen, improved wound healing, improved hair and skin health and reduced inflammation, it would be advertised everywhere. Yet we do have this already - body identical hormones (progesterone, estradiol and testosterone).
But hormones aren’t new. They’re not expensive. And there’s very little opportunity for pharmaceutical companies to profit from body identical hormones in the same way as newer drugs so the benefits don’t get so widely shared.
