A perfect example of a Haarp dry air downburst was used to stop a powerful thunderstorm complex, just off the coast of Mobile, Alabama on April 29, 2014. This is the FIRST TIME I have ever seen Haarp used to benefit and protect the American people, so thank you to the Caribbean Haarp operators for this.
This storm front killed 11 people last night in tornadoes, and dropped over 8 inches of rain in Mobile and Pensacola. After the Haarp downburst, the storm died out, and had very minimal rain on the gulf coast, on the next day.
However, the real game is the Gakona Haarp, which is being used to melt the Arctic methane. If the Shallow Laptev sea melts any more, it will increase the greenhouse gas by 300 TIMES, in the entire atmosphere. This will kill planet earth in only a couple of decades. So, using the Carribean Haarp to help a few people is still like throwing a dog a bone, that has been soaked in cyanide. Haarp is killing planet earth, no question about it!
