I restored an Old 4-inch Joplin Bench Vice or Vise, cleaned it up, and lubricated the vise to make it very easy to wind in and out. Using a wire brush on a 5-inch angle grinder, I stripped the paint back to bare metal and coated it with a clear coat of paint.

The main tools used were an Angle Grinder and a vise.

Always use the correct safety gear and learn to use your tools safely; I am not the best role model for this.
