Corner joints for Welding Square Tubing at 90 degrees, 30 of the ones I use, 1 is a very nice looking joint as you will see, and I also use the 45-degree mitre joint, and of course the standard 90-degree butt joint.
I try to make laying out the metal fabrication as simple and easy as I can.
