Today I'm cruising the largest mangrove wetland in Trinidad and Tobago, located on the west coast near Port of Spain. It's a site famous for its diverse wildlife and as a crucial roosting ground for the national bird, the Scarlet Ibis. Captain Navin and Sariah are our guides, teaching about the local area along with pro photographer Josh from Bajnath's Estate. We see some incredible snakes, watch a thousand Ibis fly and get making some epic pineapple chow just like a real ponga man!
