Some symbolism – i.e. the frame of sparkling lights that closes in around Bella symbolizes choices to make (that could lead to her beautiful ending with the man she has grown to love) but she struggles due to the tragedy that surrounds Prince Leon and has made him into the man he became. Despite his harsh exterior due to his physical and emotional scars stemming from the sorrow that is a part of him, she sees deep into his soul, to the beautiful man he truly is.
