At long last, the long overdue Puffsley Revenge stage is here. It's real. This isn't an elaborate joke. They finally did it. This is the real game. We made it. The time has come. It finally happened.

0:00 - Pufferfish Pulsar
Restriction: 2,000 cost or less
This is basically just the original stage but without any expensive Mythics or Ubers to speed things up. Saw, Can Can, Catellite, and Slime with Research combos basically removes all semblance of thinking from this stage.
Reward: 1,000,000 XP

2:49 - Spiky Supercluster
This stage starts out really slow with a Gabriel and Mistress Celeboodle for easy cash with some Those Guys, Thrillerz, and a Zeal alongside Puffsley. Push forward, get Double Bounty to fill your wallet, then take the absolute maximum stage length for your own. Everything seems really easy. Then 87 seconds later, 2 more Puffsleys spawn. Yup, there's 3 of them.
The main goal in this stage is to exhaust the 2 Chickful As and 3 Zir Zeals without getting overwhelmed by the 3 Puffsleys that surely won't die before their support is done through. Slime and Rock are your main tools for keeping the Puffsleys at bay since Slime is able to sync their attacks and Rock can stop them all in the same spot. Some order of the two will keep the Puffsleys all on the same attack cycle, making the stage much less chaotic. From there, it's just a matter of using efficient attackers to deal with the Zeals since Chickful can't push on her own.
Bahamut is also an important tool for dealing big damage to the stack of Puffsleys, possibly even chaining for massive damage. I then proceeded to fail every single Bahamut timing imaginable. Please do as I say and not as I do for these Bahamut timings.

Reward: Mightycat's True Form

Of course, with Puffsley's Revenge comes the long-awaited True Form of Mightycat.
In his True Form, Mightycat becomes Ironcat, reverting to his old small stature. As a fun fact, this form actually appeared in Mightycat's Apple Arcade game more than a year ago!
Stat Improvements:
Speed - 60 to 80 (+20)
New Abilities:
- Resist vs Traitless
- Immune to Surge and Curse
This True Form is very straightforward, granting Resist, extra speed, and a couple of immunities. These seem like pretty small changes, but this drastically expands upon Mightycat's old anti-Traitless niche it already saw sporadic usage for.
With the new Resist ability, Ironcat has an effective 194,400 HP vs Traitless, doubling to 388,800 with his own Weaken ability. This gives Ironcat 38,880 HP per KB to work with, which actually allows it to shrug off even the likes of 360% R. Ost without flinching sometimes. Most Wave and Miniwave enemies also tend to be Traitless, which improves Ironcat's ability to Wave Block as well. The newfound longevity provided by the Resist ability allows Ironcat to be a pseudo-meatshield on Traitless stages, something previously unimaginable with its 10 KB count.
Additionally, the added speed allows Ironcat to once again keep up with Talented Bahamut. This can be used to bait attacks from enemies like R. Ost from far away for Bahamut to land hits on. The added Surge and Curse Immunities also allows Ironcat to safely Weaken and stall Kappy Jr and Master Uril and also gives him usage against Kappy Kawano despite the Weaken Immunity lowering Ironcat's overall longevity.
While not a super broken True Form like a lot of other Advent units have been getting lately, this True Form is incredibly strong in its own way, solidifying Ironcat as an anti-Traitless staple unit. This unit is incredibly fun to use. The wait has most definitely been worth it.
