I have been working on our basement remodel. The central room in this basement remodel project is being divided into a small storage area and our new family room. I have been building a wall between these two new spaces. With this basement remodel, the new wall is going to help support the shelving in the storage room side and be a display/media wall in the family room side. On the family room side of this basement remodel project, the surface will be more finished with fir plywood and floating shelves. There will also be drawers along the lower section of the wall, in addition to holding our new TV.
