An extended version of the absolutely awesome 1983 theme song to "Barrio Sésamo", the European Spanish co-production of "Sesame Street". I was fortunate enough to save this from YouTube years ago, before it was deleted. Thank goodness I did, because I could listen to this all day :)
There's also an alternate version that was used in earlier episodes in 1983, which had more vocal harmonizing, and slightly different instruments. You can listen that version (along with the 80s cast anthem "Todos los del barrio") here, which I actually managed to find before I uploaded this video: youtube.com/watch?v=OCTbH-VVoZ0

Unlike most of series 3, this is one of the few episodes (along with Letter to Father Christmas and Washing Machine, among a few others) to not be adapted to comic-book form for the magazine series Le Journal de Pollux.
In the UK, this was originally broadcast on January 18, 1977.
