Released on the 8th volume of the French VHS collection by AB/TF1 Video in 1997.
This particular redub by AB Productions has the most changes from its original version. For the beginning, footage from other episodes (including "The Mysterious Beast", "The Exhibition", "The Lamp", and "Dylan, Sculptor") is re-used presumably to fill missing gaps of possible master deterioration. Also for this remaster, brand-new reshot footage featuring Ermintrude and Dougal is used for the remaining minute-and-a-half. The reason why is unclear...
In the UK, this was originally broadcast on December 9, 1970.
