BANNED FOR SHARING THE TRUTH!
Huge ❤ and thanks to our CPR Aotearoa team and @Taranki Animal Save for protesting against horse and human bullying outside the #TaranakiCup last weekend.
Unfortunately the bullying continued both inside and outside the track. Inside, horses continued to be yanked at the bit, whipped and physically forced into the barriers whilst terrified. Outside, LOVERACING.NZ used their influence to have the police officially ban one of our team from entering the track without giving a reason. Of course, we know what the reason is - The powerful footage and images the team have been gathering and sharing from behind the barriers is clearly making them nervous. An industry that claims to be open and transparent fears just that.

This team member is the second activist to be banned from an NZ track, after our Whanganui team leader was banned for simply taking photos last year - something that is allowed inside the course.
