When the Moscow Circus first came to New York crowds were amazed by the awesome bear act shown in this video.
In New York City on September 26, 1963 the Moscow Circus preformed in front of a large audience within Madison Square Garden. This was the Moscow Circus' first tour of the United States and was aimed to increase cultural exchanges between the United States and Russia. One of the most famous acts involved a bears boxing, carrying dogs and riding merry go rounds.
