My review of the 13th Avon novelization of Lee Falk's immortal superhero, The Phantom, in THE ISLAND OF DOGS. While one of the weaker Avon books this is still a fun Phantom tale and the closest of the books to a James Bond style plot. It has quite a bit of Dr. No flavor.
