Block 7, like Block 4, is actually two blocks, the difference being that both Block 7's are completely identical. Nancy has pre-fused many of the pieces, as the block is identical between its quadrants. Nancy is fusing directly to the block's background for this block as many of the pieces don't overlap very much. Once the appliques are completely fused, two borders need sewn around the block.
