Yesterday, the DSM-5-TR was released, which is a text revision update to the DSM-5, which is the diagnostic manual followed by the United States and some other countries when diagnosing mental health conditions and neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism. Included in the update are changes to autism spectrum disorder, avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder, intellectual disability, and more.
