I had to do an argumentative research paper for one of my college classes and thought it was a topic I'd like to also cover over here, so I adapted it (very slightly) to help people in general understand the negative effects of social media on mental health as well as why this is specifically bad for autistic people. I think I may do a video sometime in the future that is much more informal talking about perhaps our issues with getting addicted to aspects of technology and social media, but I feel that my research for the paper was put to good use here in the video as well.

I think I talk a bit too fast in most of this, so friendly reminder that you can adjust the speed on YouTube playback to .75x for it to slow down some without sounding too weird.
