No fancy video here. I just wanted to provide my viewers an update regarding the Australian Bush Fires which are presently raging in numerous places over this country. First up, my family and I are fine and well away from the fires as we are in North Eastern Australia and the major fires are some 2500 kms south of our location.
I would like to thank all the fire fighters and those assisting in this event which is very serious at present and we have been warned that it may continue for some time yet. Many people have lost their homes, and livelihoods, some their lives and many many animals have been killed which is nothing less than a tragedy.
I would like to thank the many people that have contacted me and asked if I'm ok. Thank you so much for your love and concern.

There are of course many options for donations and providing assistance for this event and it's heart warming to know that so many have given what they can to help others in need.
