This project is a commission piece where a customer requested a unique sign be made for their new house on a rural property. They really liked the look of my Forme Industrious Logo and some of the hand made steel letters I've made in the past. So, I know a laser or high definition Plasma, or Water Jet would be able to cut the letters out far easier than I could on the Band Saw, but that's all I had and I got the job done ok I think.
The Steel was rusted using ordinary household Vinegar and some time. I sealed the steel using Penetrol which seems to work well so far.
