How to adjust service and oil change reminders to custom values in Audi Q3 (8U). Default distance and time to maintenance #service might not be set to desired values depending on how you use the vehicle, how often you want to perform oil changes, and what are the conditions under which the engine is working. With diagnostic tool like OBDeleven or VCDS you can adjust time and distance for both oil and general inspection reminders to #custom values.

Connect with vehicle, select module 17 (instrument cluster), go to Adaptation, adjust channels:
SIA: maximum time of distance to service (oil change kilometers)
SIA: maximum value of time to service (oil days)
FIX: max. distance until next milage-dependent inspection (inspection kilometers)
FIX: maximum time until next time-dependent inspection (inspection days)
