If your Audi #MMI infotainment system (Multimedia Interface MIB2 High Scale MHS2) is not working as expected, there's an easy way to restart it. This quick and simple procedure can help you resolve issues with frozen screen, non-responsive interface, GPS stuck in one position. It can also be useful after coding and adaptations in the 5F main unit, because some changes require system reset.
âšī¸ Push forward switches for NAV/MAP and MEDIA, and at the same time press the control wheel. As soon as you release the buttons, MMI system will #reboot and you will see that the display goes dark. After few seconds welcome logo will appear and the MMI MHS2 system will #restart.
đ This tutorial was made in Audi A4 B9 (8W) with MMI MHS2 system, but the same procedure might apply to other Audi cars with the same or similar control panel.
