Easy fix for clicking noise under the dashboard in #Audi A3 8V - common issue that is caused by #Climatronic air distribution flaps. Unless there's a mechanical damage, you can fix the problem by performing air flaps basic settings procedure with OBD2 diagnostic tool like OBDeleven, VCDS, VCP, etc. This procedure is also needed after replacing flap servo motor with new one.
âšī¸ Air flaps are responsible for recirculation, temperature, and air distribution. Missing or improper basic settings can cause problems with defrost, cold and hot air, and air quality. This is ofter refered to as programming, #calibration, or re-learning.
