Guiding wires through #firewall in VW Golf #MK7 to connect front view camera from the engine bay to MIB2 unit in the cabin. Finding grommet above drivers footwell, adding ground connection for the camera, guiding #wiring to the front grill, accessing back of the VW Infotainment unit (MIB) in the passengers glovebox.

🚗 This project is made in 2015 Volkswagen Golf MK7 with MIB2 Discover Media infotainment system and retrofitted original RVC High camera. This is not a retrofit project, since this functionality was not available in for VW Golf MK7. Some other MQB vehicles had option of 360 AreaView feature with 4 cameras and 3D view. My project is a custom modification that I'm planning to make in my vehicle. I'm just sharing my progress and hope for your input.
