What’s your worst time-disoriented fail?ADHD/Autistic people often experience choroception differences. We experience temporal elasticity, if you will.

You may be thinking - ‘isn’t that called ‘time-blindness’?’ The truth is that no one ‘sees’ time and so the term ‘time blindness’ is a euphemism that negatively paints actual Blindess by association. So, yep… we often run late. But sometimes… we also run EARLY.

You know that frantic feeling when you're sure you're late? Heart racing, rushing out the door, convinced you'll miss the thing... only to arrive and realize you're 45 minutes early?

For those of us with AuDHD, time doesn't move in straight lines. Our brains struggle with estimating durations, leading to this exhausting cycle of urgency—even when we're objectively ahead of schedule.

The cruel twist? That panicked "I'm late!" feeling doesn't shut off just because you know you’re early… like a LOT early.

How about you?
