SCRAPPED HOPE: COVER REVEAL!
I’m gonna be accused of using AI
I hired two different human illustrators for my Novel Scrapped Hope and neither one of them could pull off my cover idea the way I wanted (yes, I paid both of them) so I had to make it myself. By hand.

Making this cover was incredibly rewarding, though I had a lot of anxiety and trepidation over whether I’d be able to pull it off. Thankfully I have a bit of a background in making things with my ADHD jack of all trades, master of some.
I tried some techniques I had never done before and still can’t believe how realistic they look. Who knew you could make plywood look like rusty metal? Fits the dieselpunk salvagepunk vibe of my world.
The story is about an outcast pilot enters her home-built airplane into the sport of aerial paintball combat, vowing to outfly the elite and buy her community’s freedom.
I can’t wait to share it with you all. You’re going to love it!
