KULT News visited Redding, CA at the end of July (2026) and found some of the dumbest, most incompetent security guards and citizens we could find.
One of them was incredibly racist, another incredibly stupid, and one of them was just outright violent.
The question is, would one of them be facing criminal charges before the day was through?

Laws may vary but, generally speaking, in the United States, if you are in public you are legally able to photograph whatever you can see. Simply put, your eyes can’t be trespassed. Obviously there are some restrictions on this (i.e., bathrooms, dressing rooms, most courtrooms, locker rooms, etc.) but very few when you are in public. If you can see it, you can shoot it (this rule only applies to cameras.) This is not legal advice.
