Second seed Daniil Medvedev will lock horns against Alexander Zverev in the round-robin stage of the 2021 ATP Tour Finals later today.
Defending champion Daniil Medvedev is the player to beat in the red group and is the only player except Novak Djokovic to win a major this season. Alexander Zverev, on the other hand, has probably been the most consistent player this season after Djokovic.
This will be the 11th meeting between the duo. Medvedev and Zverev's most recent encounter was at the ATP Master in Paris last week, where Medvedev ran out a straight-sets victor.
