I spent two days at St Luke Elementary School speaking and teaching frisbee to 300 students from Kindergarten to Grade 6.
During my assembly, I gave the students my Kindness Challenge, which is about doing more and watching less by setting better limits on screen time through:
1. No screens in the bedroom
2. No screens at the dinner table
3. No screens one hour before bed
During the frisbee workshops, they learned what's possible including ultimate, disc golf, freestyle, creating throws, and inventing games. I also talked about Spirit of the Game, which is a core piece of ultimate.
