I spent the day speaking and teaching frisbee to 460 students from Kindergarten to Grade 12.
They learned what's possible with frisbee including disc golf, throwing & catching, ultimate, freestyle, dodge disc, creating throws, and playing battle royale (a frisbee tag game). It was so much fun and I want to thank Ryan Panek from Gander Disc Golf and Joyce Panek from PICS for making it happen!
I also talked about the value of doing things instead of watching people do things. Reading more and watching less. Setting better limits on screen time. Getting more sleep. I gave them the Kindness Challenge - no screens in the bedroom, at the dinner table, and one hour before bed.
