I spent two days at Westmount Charter School Elementary for sports day and a full day of frisbee workshops. The weather was perfect and the kids had so much fun learning all about frisbee including disc golf, freestyle, throwing & catching, creating throws, and inventing games.

It's always great coming back to Westmount and I have to thank Miss Cuthbert for making it possible!
