I spent the day speaking and teaching frisbee to 240 students from Grades 3-6. They learned what's possible with frisbee including ultimate, disc golf, freestyle, creating throws, and inventing games.
I also gave them my Kindness Challenge, which is all about setting better limits on screen time so they can do more and watch less. It's important for people to find their thing. Try their best. And spend more time doing instead of watching.
