I spent the morning speaking to more than 400 students from Kindergarten to Grade 8 at Lockview Public School in St. Catherines, Ontario.

During the assembly I shared messages about physical literacy, resiliency, kindness, and self-awareness. I ran some demos as well including Disc Golf, Battle Royale, Guts (with a Dodgebee), and XDisc Freestyle.
