More glitches in Assassin's Creed: Syndicate! These are leftover clips from my glitch-run of this game a few months ago.

Points of interest:
1. Breaking-out of a carriage hijacking can make the game think that you are standing on its roof, when you are in fact standing in mid-air. When the carriage gets away from you, your character starts jumping about chaotically.

2. Killing Evie Frye – you can trick the game into killing Evie Frye (a main character), this is done at the 'Something Green' mission.

Normally when you get on the carriage at this mission, the game won't let you off. However you can get off the carriage with a break-out. Having broken-out of sitting in the carriage you are free to do other stuff the game isn't expecting.

So I decided to ride away without letting Jacob enter his 'shooting-in-the-air' animation (which normally starts the mission), this is done by keeping aim pressed. So if you kill the horses, Evie goes flying off the carriage and – yes – actually dies.

The reason for this is that the game would normally fail you, and desync you for this death. But since the mission hasn't technically started, gameplay continues with Jacob's sister dead on the road.

I quite liked this glitch since you very rarely get to kill a main character (outside of a game's intended parameters).

3. A random glitch where Evie broke-out of a death scene.

4. Sibling-switch without the menu – it's possible to witness the moment that the game switches siblings (normally not possible), you see one vanish into thin air while the other similarly materialises from nothing.

This happens if you completed a mission with the incorrect character model (“sex change glitch”), and then immediately activate the prompt of the next mission AS the incorrect character model.

5. Activating a cutscene just as you enter the menu – I did this at one of the first missions, and the result is that the main menu is visible, while the cutscene plays.

This is not just graphical, the menu is actually functional. More needs to be tested with this, but in this vid I switched gear and as a result got a softlock.

6. Glitching prompts inside the train – the train has various prompts you can activate. One of them is a prompt to enter, and switch gear. Now, if you firstly enter your main menu and exit BUT then immediately activate one of these train prompts, you get some glitchy results.

The first result I showed was on the Gang Upgrades prompt, doing the above can result in your menu colors being screwed up. Namely, they are inverted (white becomes black, and black becomes white).

Not in vid: I upgraded while I had this inverted menu, and after exiting, the game had placed me outside of the train somewhere. (?)

The second result is much more interesting, which is the blackout glitch. I activated the prompts as described above but while switching gear. This causes a minor fade-to-black effect, that the game has, to become permanent. This needs much more testing to see how the game reacts to this blackout effect.

7. Floating in air/Zipping glitch – whoever tested this game, failed to test to see what would happen if you are crouched on a carriage's edge, and then decided to aim with a bomb.

The result is that you stay floating in air as the carriage rides away, in a state that becomes increasingly unstable the further that the carriage gets away from you, resulting in zipping, bobbing, airwalking on the spot and other odd behaviour.

As with my other teleporting-glitches, switching between weapons can cause Sky Jumps and Teleporting.

I show a minor effect of using a prompt in this state, much more testing needed with this though.

Also, if you are hit by a carriage while in this state, it can cause your character to get stuck in an endless 'getting hit by a carriage' animation loop.

8. Airwalking glitch – Having the “undectectable” glitch active and tackling an enemy on a ledge can cause airwalking.

9. Climbing into the sky glitch – if you have the kidnapping glitch active and start to climb up an angled roof, you can keep climbing into the heavens if you wiggle your character as they climb, as to make them bypass the ledge that normally would end this particular climbing animation.
