Last year, AFTRS had the honour of hosting 16 participants from the eight federally funded performing arts training institutions (Arts8) for our annual gathering. This event was a fantastic opportunity for artists to share their craft and learn from one another.

The weekend concluded with a group-devised performance responding to the theme 'future light,' exploring themes of light, hope, and unity. The performance was a beautiful fusion of music, dance, circus, and acting, enhanced using our LED Volume stage.

A heartfelt thank you to our guests from the Office of the Arts and Susan Templeman MP for their invaluable support of the Arts8. Your support helps us continue to foster creativity and collaboration in the performing arts community.
