Beginning his career as a journalist and radio reporter in Switzerland subsequently became an independent film producer. He won six Academy Awards for memorable films like IL GIARDINO DEI FINZI-CONTINI (1970), AMERICAN DREAM (1990) and ONE DAY IN SEPTEMBER (1999). In our interview Arthur Cohn spoke about three lessons he learned from Vittorio de Sicca and about the major secrets of his success: Spending enough time on both the development of a script and the editing process.
