Compounded peptides can vary wildly in quality and safety, and that's something you need to know before starting therapy.

Some peptides have solid clinical trial data behind them. Others have only been studied in animals. The evidence gap is huge, and the regulation is even more inconsistent.

If you're using a 503a accredited compounding pharmacy, that's a good start. Non-accredited or underground sources? That's where you risk heavy metal contamination, bacteria, and inconsistent potency. Even with the best pharmacies, the raw ingredients from chemical suppliers can be contaminated or unstable.

Think of unregulated peptide sources like gas station sushi. You might get lucky once, but you're rolling the dice every time.

Send this to someone considering peptide therapy so they know what to look for.
