With Salah's aid, the party is able to open the sealed door and continue to ascend Stavery Tower. Along the way, however, they run into a familiar face...
Be weary once you reach to floors of the tower that has lighter colored walls. The difficulty of the monsters you encounter will be a bit higher from that point forward.
The first set of bosses you encounter in the upper floors are a bit deceptive. Looking at their Elements you would think having Myriad would be beneficial, however, the boss monsters will cast the Smash and Smash 2 spell, which are devastating to water, so use either Sylph or Efrite, but be careful using those as well, as Barah will deal massive damage to Sylph with Physical attacks and Darah will likewise deal major damage to Efrite, so you really have to do a juggling act if they decide to slam your Spirits.
The next boss, and the final one for this segment is a bit of a pushover if you use Sylph's Avoidance buff. While the boss will hit for some decent damage his real damage comes from his high crit chance. The usual strategy of debuff then attacking should be enough for this fight.
Afterwords watch the scenes and Rooks runs off alone, so we now have to continue our ascent with only him and his Spirits. It's not long before we run into a helping hand, though.
I take this opportunity to go back to town to arm the new ally and rest up. In the next segment we'll be finishing off this dungeon.
