This is another perspective of the April 26, 1991 Wichita, Kansas tornado taken by a group of undergrad students from the University of Oklahoma. It begins near the Clearwater, Kansas area and continues with a view looking north along I-35, prior to some quick handheld views as the tornado heads northeast towards Andover.
Unfortunately I do not know the specific individual/s who recorded this as it was included on a composite videotape from April 26, 1991 made available by the OU School of Meteorology. It does provide another viewpoint from I-35, where as the better known video by meteorologist Jon Davies was taken looking south from this perspective.

Raging Planet: Tornado is a 45 minute special that was produced by UK based Pioneer Productions and aired on The Discovery Channel in late 1997 and early 1998. It features many infamous tornado events and then ongoing research efforts from the early through mid 1990s and was one of the more popular tornado documentaries produced in the later part of the decade.
