Apple part number 075-0039, Lisa Take Apart Revision A.
This tape is in very poor condition. Either there was no audio, or it was lost. Additionally, the first part of the tape was recorded over. The tape was quite moldy, and actually stuck together in many places.
Nothing really earth shattering here. The early Widget disk doesn't have its serial number written on the front like production units. The power supply also looks a bit odd, and the color of the port area on the back of the machine is different, too. I think you can see an Apple property tag on the front of the machine right at the end.
The wiggle you have to do when installing the card cage hasn't changed!
